Jawahar is currently pursuing a Master’s dergree in International Affairs at the Hertie School with a focus on Human Rights and Global Governance. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from National University of Sciences and Technology in Pakistan. She has been working for the National Commission for Human Rights in Pakistan for the past three years. Her work experience allowed her to understand the human rights landscape of the country and impact of effective policy making on the realization of rights of citizens . She believes FuturEU is a platform to connect with fellow human rights activists and the future policymakers across the European Union, to foster collaborations and catalyze positive change.
